Central Minnesota Multi-Housing Association - Promoting a crime free community in St. Cloud MN

Several years ago we were informed about the Crime Free Multi-Housing training that was available to property managers, landlords and rental property owners in the St. Cloud area. The class was taught by the local St. Cloud Police department in conjunction with the Sauk Rapids Police with the assistance of local property management companies. After the Crime Free Multi-Housing training we had a stack of very useful information about doing criminal background checks, excellent resources for owners of rental properties and how to work with local law enforcement to keep your rental property crime free.

This training is now mandatory in Saint Cloud in order to have and maintain a rental license on a property in Saint Cloud Mn. The Central Minnesota Multi-Housing Association, a chapter of Minnesota Multi-Housing Association, holds meetings where discussions are held on the current items facing today's rental property owner.

I wanted to make sure that anyone interested is aware that the next upcoming meeting is going to be held on Monday August 16 from 4:30 to 7:00pm. This is going to be a special meeting. The guest speaker is Tom Horner Independent Candidate for Governor of the State of Minnesota. He is set to speak to the group at 5:45pm. The meeting will be held at the St. Cloud Holiday Inn & Suites located at the corner of Highway 15 and Highway 23.

Please join us at the Central Minnesota Multi-Housing Association meeting for an open conversation with Tom Horner. It is increasingly important for Minnesota that we carefully choose our next Governor. We are aware of new bills that are going to be introduced and old bills that have been defeated that are going to be re-introduced that will impact the rental property and real estate industry. It should be an enjoyable evening complete with hors d'oeuvers and a cash bar being provided for those in attendance.
