Arapahoe county clerk and recorder launch fraud alert system to protect property owner!
This web-based program notifies property owner immediately when a liens, documents are filed in their name against a property thanks to a new alert system offered by the recoding division of the clerk and recorder of Arapahoe county!
Starting July 15th 2010 any citizens owning a property within Arapahoe County can log into the clerk and recorder web site anytime at www.co.arapahoe.co.us
To register their information and receive an alert at any time a document is recoded in their name in Arapahoe County clerk and recorder office, thus enabling them to review the document!
