Mountain Property Trade for Motorhome

My family has over 120 acres on a mountainside in Northwest Georgia and would like to trade a portion of it for a nice, late-model motorhome (no 5th-wheel, travel trailers, pop-ups, or toy haulers). Size and class of motorhome could vary, but we'd target prices between $50,000 to $200,000--or more, depending on RV and the amount of land traded.

The mountain property is just off I-75, about 70 minutes north of Marietta, GA and 10 minutes from Chattanooga, TN. It is perfect for hiking, hunting, building a mountain retreat, selling timber, development, or just knowing you have part of a historic mountain ridge. Our property is owned free and clear. We'd rather not undertake a loan for the RV traded, but may consider owner financing to make up the difference if the amount of land desired was more expensive than the RV.

The photo below is the entire mountainside. The smaller portion to be traded would be negotiated from this ridge. The entire mountainside is not for trade, just a portion! (However, 20-acre tracts or the entire mountainside could be purchased. Inquire if this interests you!)

If you have a good quality late-model RV you may want to trade, please respond to this message with your e-mail address and I'll reply.
