Hello again fellow Realtors. This is just a comment and I would be interested to know how other Realtors are finding this particular situation. I have been selling Real Estate for almost 20 years and have had more bad water tests in the last year and a half than in all the other 18.5 years put together. Why do you think this is?
There can really only be one or two things happening here. Either the water is getting worse and worse on this planet- in particualr where I live or the tests are getting better and better. Is it the enviromental issues or what? We had always had such impeccable water and I always boasted about it. This is not good news. Since people seem to be getting good tests one month and a little bacteria the next, there has been an influx of UV filtrations systems installed around here lately. I hate to see this happening. We live in the country where all things should be pure and perfect! Like me....and you. :) Have a nice evening. Ruth Ferguson
