Newport Coast Realtor Home Tour of August 16, 2007 gives us 4 offerings of Newport Coast real estate available for sale.  These beautiful homes ranged in price from $2,350.000 to $4,999,999.

Today is another great day with the sun shining down and warming the hills.  Today I enjoyed panoramic ocean views from Laguna Beach to Santa Catalina Island as I drove from home to home here in Newport Coast.

As your Newport Coast Home buyer's representative, I work to help people like you locate and acquire their own piece of paradise here in Newport Beach and Newport Coast Communities.  I tour all of the Newport Coast homes possible during the Newport Coast Realtor home tour as a personal service to you.

By personally visiting the Newport Coast and Newport Beach homes for sale inventory I gain a first hand knowledge of the available product and have my fingers on the pulse of the current local market conditions.  I frequently meet the owners of these amazing Newport Coast homes who often provide valuable insight about why their Newport Coast real estate is being offered on to the market which in turn frequently proves to be a valuable asset to my clients during the negotiation and purchase process of their Newport Coast homes.

The data and photographs provided by the SoCalMLS listings data base of Newport Coast real estate for sale and is deemed to be correct but I always advise personal verification.  The opinions stated here are my own.

Search the currently available Newport Coast real estate or that any of surrounding communities such as Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar or Balboa Island  just enter the area and price range of the properties you would like to see.  Please enjoy this weeks Newport Coast realtor home tour.

6 Ferrand                     5br. 3ba.          3800sq.ft.         built 2002         $2,350,000.

Aubergine tract 2 cars               7 days on market                      detached

DQue's Views:  I was immediately excited seeing this home on the market, a few weeks ago while trying to help one of the Anaheim Ducks newest players find a lease property, this home was on our short list and I looked forward to seeing it again at a more leisurely pace.  This home is located near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.  It has a really lovely gated courtyard that could park about 5 to 6 cars or be a safe play area for the kids.  This home is bigger that it looks and I feel it offers plenty of space for most needs.  One of the features I like is the architectural details of the ceilings in the rooms above the formal living room.  The master is generous and has a spa tub and large enclosed shower.  The back yard is perfect for entertaining your summer time guest while they enjoy the sounds of the huge waterfall in the corner of the yard.  This is a nice home and for the price I feel a good value.  There is a floor squeak at the entrance to the master bedroom but it should be a quick and easy fix.  Always get a home inspection by a qualified individual.

23 Ferrand                   3br. 2.75ba.     3400Sq.ft.        built 2001         $2,449,000.

Aubergine tract 2 cars               8 days on market                      detached

DQue's Views:  This home is a short walk from the previous home and enjoys the benefit of the quiet street.  I love walking into this home; the first thing that one will notice is the bubbling fountain in the court yard.  Then your attention is drawn to the inlaid stone floor of the entry where the black stained staircase railings to the left contribute to the homes peaceful feel.  To the right there is a separate formal sitting room with high vaulted ceilings.  This home has several such individualized spaces which make for intimate places to be away from it all so to speak.  The small but delicious pool provides a great place for fun and enjoying the beautiful views of the city and valley below.  I really loved the angular layout of the entrance to the master suite.  This home also had the familiar squeak as you walked into the master.  I honestly believe it to be just a matter of adding screws into the flooring as frequently the bonding agent used under floors becomes brittle and gives way.  Should be a quick and simple fix but I advise all parties to have inspections of the entire home prior to closing.  I liked this home for its layout, size and location.

37 Ocean Heights         3br. 3.5ba.       4000sq.ft.         built 2002         $4,495,000.

Cassis tract                   3 cars               105 days on market                  detached

DQue's Views:  One feels the ambience of this home immediately upon pulling up to it.  The stone work adorning the front of the home, its great landscaping and olive trees take you to the Tuscan hills of the old country.  This home's scale is of large proportions, the rooms all feel spacious and warm inviting one to just find a corner and enjoy a moment of solitude.  The entrance court yard separates you from the world outside and leads you into multiple delightful spaces.  This incredible home is perfect for entertaining and offers both indoor and out door amenities for the enjoyment of everyone.  Everything about this home spells comfort, convenience and understated elegance.  If you are in the market for a wonderful home in one of the top communities of Newport Coast this just may be it.  Call me for a private tour.

36 Via Coralle              5br. 5.5ba.       5000sq.ft.         built 2000         $4,999,999.

Perazul tract                 3 cars               113 days on market                  detached

DQue's Views:  The lions guarding the entrance to the incredible home set the stage for the hidden treasures behind.  The enclosed court yard has a bubbling fountain that adds to the tranquility and secure feeling of being away from the outside world.  Entering the foyer through a huge smoked glass door one is immediately captures by the beautiful stone work and the spacious feel that this home offers.  Every direction you turn your head you are drawn to areas of interest from the architectural details to the beautiful wood work.  There are so many fine details that I could not possible list them here.  Please enjoy the pictures and see for yourself.  The views from this home are everything one could want and still be near to everything.  Another Fine Newport Coast Luxury Home!

Wow, makes me wanna move there. Or maybe purchase a second home... I dunno, Newport, La Jolla, Santa Barbara. It's all so hard to choose... Maybe after selling another hundred houses I could be your neighbor.  ;)
