  Heard about the $1 deal that made Ponte Vedra home to the TPC?  It's a fascinating story, and one you can hear firsthand from the brokers of the famous deal themselves: Paul and Jerome Fletcher. The Fletchers will be our guest speakers on Thursday, September 30th as part of the Davidson Speaker Series.

  Brothers Paul and Jerome Fletcher of Fletcher Management Company have been at the epicenter of local development, especially Ponte Vedra, for more than 30 years. In 1979, their $1 deal landed Ponte Vedra home to both The Tournament Players Championship and the PGA Tour headquarters.  They are equally well known for their commitment to high-quality, thoughtful development. Together they have developed major golf course communities in Jacksonville (Baymeadows), Memphis (Stonebridge), Birmingham (Inverness), St. Augustine (Palencia), and Ponte Vedra Beach (Oak Bridge and Marsh Landing).

  Join us on Thursday, September 30th as The Fletchers talk about the history of St. Johns County and Ponte Vedra, and discuss their vision for the area's future.  The casual social event starts at 7:00 pm with wine and cheese and the seminar begins at 7:30.
