Yes, Home Enhancement Suggestions help my listings to sell. I am working with my clients and they are working with me. We both want the same outcome. A contract for the best price, in the shortest amount of time. Our goals are the same. We are partners in this transaction, both effecting the outcome.

I do not hesitate to ask my clients to pack up unnecessary items in their homes. Clean everything! Paint some things. Pack up collections, family photos, kitchen counter gadgets, etc. We go through the home trying to see it like a buyer would see it. My clients are the best! They usually, willingly, get to work making their home show as well as it can.

This service has produced more quick sales for me than any other. If you are trying to sell and have not been successful, try this and see if it helps. I have two families working on their homes right now preparing them for next week when we will put them on the market.

Clutter is a killer. Your "stuff" is not someone else's "stuff". I see this all the time when I am doing Broker Price Opinions. It is amazing how much people leave lying around. I am a neat freak admittedly, but really do you need the dog food right next to the potato chips on the counter in the kitchen....iiiiissssshhhhh.

As a home inspector I know exactly what you mean. You have to tippy-toe to make sure you don't knock something over. Some of these homes remind me of those type folks that are collectors of everything. They are buying the home not the collection.
