This chart shows By Zip Code how many units and the average Listing and Closing Costs, as well as Days On The Market.

So I'm wondering how these figures match other areas. As you can see, the house values are beginning to slip a little, and the listings are holding at around the 100 day mark.
This is good data to share with clients in order to set their expectations. It's history my friends. We can't change that!
