Here I sit wondering how the rest of the US is doing with stats. I compiled the following to offer up.

This chart shows By Zip Code how many units and the average Listing and Closing Costs, as well as Days On The Market.

The next chart is Simply a DOM chart, for those who prefer the graphic look.

The List/Sold chart.

So I'm wondering how these figures match other areas. As you can see, the house values are beginning to slip a little, and the listings are holding at around the 100 day mark.


This is good data to share with clients in order to set their expectations. It's history my friends. We can't change that!

Hey frank! I think this is something you can also include in listing presentations as well as for sale by owner packets even expired listings as well just to let the owners know how the real estate market is. Good blog.
