Pam, I've heard DeSoto County is one of the worst counties in MS in terms of the volume of foreclosures. Do you find there is a lot of inventory? How are sales? It seems like you are building a great business, especially with the grant money that's available to owner-occupants. Good luck.

Foclosures make up a little more than 5% of all the available homes for sale in Desoto county, but account for almost 30% of the homes sold.  I am seeing overbidding on HUDs and multiple offers on other foreclosures in the lower price ranges.  Investors are snapping up homes like crazy.  I am not sure how this compares with the rest of the state.  It is good to hear from you again.  Hope everything is well with you.
