In Huntsville / Madison Alabama one of the most called about real estate items is a home with three to five acres. Equally important is the school zoning - Madison City is one of the best school systems in Alabama. So when I listed a home on over 3 acres with additional acreage available in Madison City Limits - I thought we would have showings every day. So far no showings - I moved the property from residential to farm with home last night trying to see if I can find that group of people looking for acerage.
