ActiveRain has guidelines and when negative people start badgering others there are recourses.....like notifying our staff for advice or else just zap them if they continue; though warned. We all tell our stories and give examples in hopes of getting a second opinion. It helps if not for just getting out of our own stinking thinking.
On other social networking sites we leave our status or write another post it note to let everyone know what's going on with our business or lives.
Or we just write plain nonsense so we can strike up a conversation with our "friends" or associates we connected with.
I draw the line for those that love to ‘spank others online' and yet when we read the comment to the status the ‘spanker' had all the facts wrong! The comment is so off target that ‘the spanker' gets zapped and then they are ‘unfriended' .
It's really embarrassing to have another real estate professional act like they were being ethical by spanking the other with a twisted version of the status.
If one would like to voice their opinion and ‘spank' another online get the facts straight.
At the very least, call the person if you believe they may be wrong....
You may find you were out of line yourself.
