Majestic Properties - Miami Beach, FL have no idea!!!  One good thing is that, that price range is moving no matter what it looks like.  I could wear a cabagge on my head and still sell it.   I am getting a single family home soon with flowered wall papers and dressed windows with antiques and glass colored chandeliers in every room.  Will post photos - A stagers true dream!!   Thanks for noticing.....coming to Miami anytime soon?
