Stephen Hawking is at it again...making his ridiculous predictions. 
He's very smart though...some say he is one of the smartest guys around. Check out this article:

In it Hawkings claims that the human race better get packed up and forget about waiting for the closing to abandon planet earth. That isn't such a bad prediction. First of all we all know that we're doomed...when Snookie from Jersey Shore became a celeb I knew it was all over. Hawking can't lose though...he says we have less that 100 years left here...how many people reading this article today are going to remember what he said in 2010 100 years from now anyway. Smart guy.
So when its time to move on just remember that your lender who is tying upo your short sale is the least of your problems.
