Sheldon - Thanks Sheldon. This was truly a beautiful home and all aspects of the sale went so smoothly, I'm still pinching myself!

Judi - Those are definitely sight finished hardwood floors and they came out beautiful.

Susan - My reasoning for presenting this to my buyers is two-fold. It's a nice gift for them and I'm branding myself in the process to anyone who they share it with.

Jane -I know it's a bit long for the casual viewer. But the buyers definitely enjoy it...and they share it with their friends and family, which shows who their Realtor was!

Nick - It's an easy do Nick and the buyers love it. If you ever want to create one and need any help let me know and I'll guide you through.

Michael -  Since you're the video master, I'd love to see what you come up with. All ideas and suggestions will be considered.

Charles - Thanks Charles. So many agents lose touch with their buyers once the home is closed. I try to make sure they never forget me. Oh, and that screened porch? It was one of the highlights for me too.

Kristin - My clients do love the extra effort. These particular folks said I will need a new web site to handle the epic sized testimonial they are writing for me!
