It is a misconception that New Jersey has an abundance of foreclosed properties. If properties are for sale in NJ (even foreclosed) they usually go for near market value and are listed on the MLS and carried on sites like www.justjerseyrealestate.com, www.realtor.com and the like just like any other property. Don't get caught in paying for any list or service. Sites like Realtytrac are reporting public information filings which are often outdated. They are not advertising properties that are for sale.
