These are going to include our Market Data for the cities within the Santa Clarita Valley - We have up to the minute Graphs with Relevant Real Estate Data – This system generates True Market Data from the Source – Each individual Board of Realtors. Market Snapshot is alive and well – in fact we have received new coding with this Software Driven Service. When you are looking to find out specific homes, condo’s and townhomes are valued at – this is quite a cool device. It takes anywhere from 7 to 30 minutes to generate – but after it works it magic, your Home Value Request will be fulfilled and sent to you.
Both devices are completely hands off and depend on the technological wizardry of the owners related to the technology.
But, a word of caution – if you are already represented by a Realtor – Be Loyal. They should have similar resources to assist you with your home buying or selling experience. It is unfair for you to leave someone that is working hard with your best interests at their core.
