Good Bye Visual Tour. Hello YouTube.

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Virtual Pictures Corp. (VPiX)

If you thought VisualTour was great with their $24.95 a month pricing... the Bartman has got some incredibly great news for you.

I'm going to show where you can post killer virtual tour slide shows for FREE.

There's one catch. You need to spend $49 bucks (one time fee) and get this one program for Mac or PC. It will let you create your own virtual tour slide shows from your digital camera.

It's called Photo 2 Movie and you will love this.  Does the same thing you get at Visual Tour but there's no monthly bill anymore.

Photo to Movie Main Window

Because you take your finished slide show movies with tons of killer animations / transitions and you post them on YouTube.  Once posted, it generates a few lines of HTML code that you copy + paste into your website or your blog.

Ta-daaaaaaaa. Good bye Visual Tour, Hello YouTube.

Photo 2 Movie takes about 15 minutes to learn.

Cool! I SO need to develop my YouTube channel. This might just be the thing that gets me to do it! :)

Bart, I've never used Photo 2 Movie, but I do the same thing with MS Photo Story software that's free.  Makes great visual tours, you can add music if you want and even voice-overs to actually tell the people viewing about the house.

Bart - I am not familiar with Photo 2 Movie but based on your description, I can eee how it can be a valuable tool in many real estate agent toolboxes.

Thanks for the tip, Bart. I see that they offer a free trial download; that's definitely worth a look.

We use MS Photo Story - free & easy to use.  There are also some services, and some software, on the net you can use to convert your slideshows to various video formats for upload to YouTube (google "convert slideshow to video").

HI there - thanks for the tip, and the comments about the MS Photo story as well. I am going to check them both out. Suggest!

I can't bear visual tours, all with the same 'soothing' background music. I'm a buyer's agent so I don't really have a need to make them but I'm planning to start branching out into listing and you can rest assured that my videos won't look like all those other VT's.

Thanks for the tip, I'll check this program out.

Great information Bart! I just wished that I had read this before spending the money on the visual tours.
