Below is the Springfield MO Real Estate Market Report for July 2010. What is significant about this month's report has that the inventory is decreased slightly, but the number of homes going under contract has remained relatively unchanged. Fewer homes actually closed in the month of July. I suspect many homes going under contract are having a hard time getting to the closing table. My guess would be this is a reflection on the ability to obtain financing.
