During the month of July 2007 there were thirty-four newly marketed properties and on went into Attorney Review. Of the 34 properties the Average Asking price of the homes are $390,064.00 The lowest price property is a first floor condo with four rooms one bedroom and one bath the asking price is $209,900.00 the highest priced property is a Colonial Style Home with nine rooms four bedrooms three full and one half bath with a two car garage the asking price is $749,000.00 the home was built in 1980.
Nine properties were listed as "UC" under contract with the average asking price of $385,233.00 and was on the market for an average of forty-eight days. Eight properties closed title with an average asking price of $358,092.00 and an average actual sold price of $340,785.00 an was on the market for an average of 88 days.
Six properties were listed as "W" withdrawn with an average asking price of $337,933.00 and was on the market for an average of 119 days. Ten properties were listed as "X" expired this is where the contract between Seller and their Agent had elapsed. The average asking price of these properties were $370,090.00 and had been onb the market for an average of 222 days.
