This Saturday, August 25th, Gerry Weaver will donate the 60acre Dennis Weaver Memorial Park to the Town of Ridgway. It is a fitting testimony to the spirit that the Weaver's have always had towards this little corner of Colorado. The ceremony is open to everyone and will not be one to be missed. The 60acre park is part of the Riversage Subdivision recently approved through the Ridgway Town Council for 19 clustered home sites on approximately 160acres. The home sites will be available for sale once Final Plat is recieved and will more than likely be $300,000 and up for roughly 2acre sites.
