Landlord Tenant Dispute

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Jim W Hildreth Real Estate Brokerage & Mediation Services 00569218

The California tenant filed a law suit against his Landlord for not having his deposit returned.

The landlord was unable to return his deposit as he was flat out broke.

The Superior Court suggested mediation, and the parties agreed.

In mediation a solution was created and crafted by both the landlord and tenant,  the landlord

would make monthly payments to his former tenant over a 6 month period.

If he defaulted on his note, he would return to court.

Mediation did work. Mediation is a Alternative Dispute Resolution vs litigation.

The Mediator Jim W Hildreth is a California real estate mediator, who does both court appointed and private mediation's.

His focus is disputes involving Real Estate.
