USDA Money Back??

By
Mortgage and Lending with Primary Residential Mortgage

Various reports indicate the USDA Rural Housing 502 Loan Program is back again now that Congress and the President signed a bill re-pooling funds for the 2010 year.

However, several investors to include Bank of America, Wells Fargo and BB&T have elected not to participate in this program, seemingly since the FYE 2010 ends soon on 9/30/10 and the funds for 2011 have not yet been approved by the US Government.

Some home buyers are still in limbo, unable to get financing for houses they have under contract.

Does anyone know any investors / lenders that are making USDA loans in Alabama or Georgia?
