Roller Coaster Rides

This last week has been just that, a roller coaster ride.  The bank that backs our company quit funding loans on Thursday.  Yes, I had two loans at docs and had to start over.  But, I learned what I am made of.  I will go to bat for my clients and we are working out options for both my clients. 

 I really appreciate the people I work with.  I wanted some kind of answers for my clients before I called them.  The office had a meeting to see where we were going.  While I was in that meeting, my client called.  The first thing he said was, "Take a deep breath."  I know my clients well enough that they knew I would be upset for them.  They are now staying with friends because the sold their house and everything they own is in two 14 foot U-Haul trucks.  They know I can get the job done and we are waiting for conditions to be reviewed.

Through all the ups and downs, I think it is most important to communicate with your clients and listen to their needs.  The calmer you are able to stay, the calmer your clients are.
