Christine:  I just love the look of this house.  It looks just perfect for someone like me.  Love that private setting... but that's just me.  I guess I'm just part hermit crab.  Best of luck during your open house, my friend.

Funny you should mention the hermit crab... I'm getting more and more reclusive.  I think it might be because I attend so many meetings at the Board now, along with attempting to keep up with my business (and, of course, blogging), that I just shut down when I have free time.  I'm perfectly happy sitting at home, doing nothing and not seeing or talking with anyone.  Maybe that's why I'm enjoying blogging; I don't actually have to see or speak with real people.

Hopefully on your open house yesterday you found either a nice young family, or perhaps another hermit crab for this really cool-looking home.  From the pictures in your post, the master bedroom looks huge.  Very difficult to find huge masters in a home of this size.  I am sure your "marketing machine" will find a new buyer soon.
