WHAT DO YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY? Today as I was driving through some of Palm City Farm's equestrian properties, I could not help but think about HGTV's program, WHAT DO YOU GET FOR THE MONEY. It is for sure that large parcels of land are still available, I mean 5 acres, 10 acres, 20 acres and on up to even big parcels like 80 and 100 acre or more. Today I previewed a beautiful 84 acre property that looked like it came out of a movie scene. Big Oak trees with moss hanging gracefully from the branches, big natural Palm trees, cattle, horses, great pastures and beautiful fencing. WOW. This great 84 acres sells for $2,485,00 but when you compare Palm City's 80 acre price to the 15,20, or 30 acres price a few miles down south , then BUYERS GET A LOT FOR THEIR MONEY IN PALM CITY, FLORIDA.
Equestrian properties and "Gentlemen Estate" properties are here in Palm City. How long? We will see.
