Great Conversations This Week With AR Members
I was blown away by reading Judi Barrett's kind words in her post. Judy is a class act. One of the very best things you get from ActiveRain is the mentoring from people like Judi who reach out and help you. It was just wonderful talking with her this week and how delightful that I was was one of the few members she mentioned in her post. Thank you Judi !
You probably know these folks on Active Rain. You may even have met them in person. I had not met them but I got to know them a little better this week via Ma Bell. I've met a few Rainers via Ma Bell just about every week now for the last year or so, but to reach back there would be a daunting task. So let me just tell you about the ones that I've visited with so far this week.
It's not quite as good as face to face but it sure was fun visiting with them.
Margaret Woda - Margaret has been an Active Rain member for a long time. Her blog, her profile, the way she presents herself here on AR is an awesome example. Margaret is also one very gracious lady. A fantastic person and a fantastic blogger. Margaret calls Crofton, Maryland home.
Barbara C hatterton - Barbara is still a newbie here in the Rain, still in her first 30 days of membership, but you can't tell it by visiting her blog. She's an experienced blogger and brings that experience to her AR blog. She's also a breath of fresh air and has a positive impact whether she's writing a post or leaving a comment. Help me welcome Barbara to Active Rain.
Dale Baker - If you've been here any length of time at all, you know Dale. I love his style of writing as though he's sitting on the front porch talking to you. It comes out in both his home inspection blog posts and in his comments. It felt like I was visiting with a local neighbor as we chatted on the phone. And I always learn something new when I visit Dale's blog!
Like I said, it's not quite the same as a face to face meet up, but it put a voice with a face and their presence and style of writing that I've connected to here on Active Rain.
