There are a lot of agents available and willing to help you with your home purchase. To make a solid case for letting me help you, I have to provide more services and higher-quality services both before the sale and after the sale. I am not going to try to "sell you a home." My job is to work alongside you, to advise you in the process, and to assist you in purchasing your home of choice under the best possible terms for you, so that you will want me to be you and your family's agent for life.

The reasons for doing business with me must be so compelling that not only will you not consider doing business with anyone else, but you will also refer me to your friends who are looking to buy or sell a home.

Proven Track Record with U.S. and International Buyers

I have a proven system and track record for getting my clients into their home of choice. First time buyers, clients relocating from around the world with no credit history or credit score, even foreign diplomats have benefited from my experience and expertise and the specialized resources I have developed over the years.

Neighborhood Knowledge

My expertise with regards to the neighborhoods in which I regularly work is unsurpassed. If not already and expert, I'll familiarize myself with the neighborhoods that you are considering, consulting with colleagues who already know them. I will identify comparable sales, and provide you with tools to analyze information on the schools, shopping, crime, demographics, and other things you feel are important. I can provide you with the most up-to-date imformation on any communities you are interested in seeing.

Appropriate Houses to Consider

I'll look for what you want and can afford in the area(s) you want to live. I'll show you all the homes that are available, not just the ones that I have listed or listings on which I might earn a higher commission. I will look for homes that are not yet on the market, or for any "For-Sale-by-Owner" properties that fit your neet. I'll also identify any new home construction using your search criteria and financing qualification.

Good Financial Decisions

Every buyer needs basic financial information to make a good buying decision. I will make sure that you know that you qualify for the home, what the payments and the closing costs will be. I'll also make additional suggestions like making extra principal contributions with your regular payment and suggest and alternative type of mortgage to allow for the least expensive cost of housing. I can also provide an amortization spreadsheet based on the type of financing program you choose. We will also work together to find you a lender that satisfies your needs.

Work Diligently to Find Your Home

I'll work hard to find your new home. I understand that finding a home is a priority and will consider it the same. I'll screen and preview homes so as not to waste your time and when I find one that I feel meets your needs, I'll show it to you as quickly as possible.

In return, you agree to work exclusively with me, to buy the home that meets all of your requirements, and of course the one that feels right too.

You become familiar with how I work so that you can place confidence in my ability. You develop the rapport necessary to communicate easily and I can come to understand your paticular needs. I can afford to make a commitment in time and effort because I feel assured by you of working together until we find the perfect home that fits your unique needs.
