Recently, I was contacted by a company callong themselves Program 3648 they are a lead generation company for Short Sales and they claim they handle all the non income producing things an agent would have to do in the short sale.l
My question to the group is has anyone heard of them or are currently dealing with them?
Are they any good? If you know of them or are dealing with tnem is this something worthy of a monthly fee?
