Sometimes I get my daily laugh from unexpected sources.
Ripped straight off of our local MLS, this property might need some therapy to overcome its inferiority complex:
By all accounts, this is a very nice property. Why it would think its 3,000 square feet were inferior is any one's guess.
All the spell checking in the world wouldn't catch this mistake. Just another shining example of why it's so important to proof read. Twice!
LOL....and to have some one else read it after you have read it as well! LOL
I have seen some pretty funny typos! In fact, I find myself making a bunch of them here.....thank goodness for the edit feature. :o)
Inferior you say? I'll show you inferior. Inferior spelling that is. Very funny Richard.
Funny! I've made some similar mistakes myself, but luckily found them before I hit "save." But, the million dollar question is, will you alert the listing agent to the typo??
Definately has an inferority complex. Next thing you know it will be making an appearance on Dr. Phil.
Deborah - Getting someone else to proof is a great idea. too often you can't see your own errors.
Ann - I wish life had an "undo" feature, too!
Charles - You just can't make some of this stuff up.
Marie - I saw this listing because I noticed the house had been listed twice during it's sale cycle. This is the agent that had it fist. Maybe she lost the listing because she was inferior?

I love things like this(as long as I haven't posted them). Sometimes when you are having the worst day you will stumble upon something like this and it just makes everything better!
Hi Richard, I saw there was a possible "in-law" suite? maybe 3000 square feet is inferior for this agent/seller to share with in-laws. just a thought, maybe not a typo. jay

Jay - Or maybe just the fact that it would force you to live with your mother-in-law makes it inferior!

As my local board's typo queen, I can really appreciate this post! And when I first read it, I didn't even pick up on the mistake.
This is the second blog I read today that mentioned spelling or lack of attention by Realtors. One of my favorites is beautiful stone tutor. OK have you hired an attractive pot smoking educator to assist your children with studies?
I'm not only laughing at the typo, but I'm laughing at Jay Lloyd's comment, too.
