Hunting Season is fast approaching!!!

By
Real Estate Agent

In 4 weeks some of the big game seasons open.  Bear and Archery for Deer to name just two of the most popular.

If you still have not purchased that hunting land...time is running out.   If you are more of a Firearms Deer hunter, you have a bit more time to go.  there are some great deals on some prime hunting parcels in the Northern Pine and Southern Carlton county area.

More and more sellers are agreeing to Contract for Deeds.  This allows you to purchase that land with less down than going to your local bank.

Prices on land are down...but dont' wait to long!!

If this is what you desire this fall, Call me now!!!!

I don't do the hunting thing anymore but used to enjoy it.  I'm looking forward to football 2010!

Vern, you are welcome for the photo.  Yes, hunters need to get off their couches and get busy right now to insure they get that property bought and closed to hunt this fall!

The sellers who really want to see, are doing a short term c4d.  Hard to get financing otherwise!

Vern,

I love to hunt down here in Tennessee. One of my agents has the perfect deer farm listed and it is "cheap".

Vern, interesting that you are doing contract for deeds up there for a real purchase. Down here people use them for properties they want to sell to someone else while they are in the process of buying. We have a number of hunters in our family but I am not one of them :)
