@Don, there was no "one thing".  The buyer client actually found me on Google which lead them to me on AR so that one would be Google Juice.  The listing was actually referred originally to two other people, but they selected me since I aggressively use the internet to promote myself and my listings.  Another factor is making sure I put my city and state in my posts and in my comments so people begin to associate me as the go to guy in Boise, Idaho.  Look at your comment for example and notice the lack of "point of origin".  How would I know where you are licensed or specialize in without taking the time to click on you and your profile?

@Stan, Stick to it and you will make it.  You have already achieved one of my goals, the 100,000 mark.  You also did a good job in your signature identifying your market area!

@Song, this blog also helped push me over 80,000 AR points so at least if I was in school it pushed me from a high "C" to a "B" grade so I am trending upwards!  Thank you.  I will have to click on your profile to see where you are licensed though.  I love your company name.  I had spent 5 years with Coldwell Banker many years ago and was in their President's Elite for closing 64 properties in a year.

@Song, I just read your bio and wish you were here in Idaho or that I was licensed in California since I love your technology background.  I am looking to expand my company to Utah, Colorado, Washington and Oregon but hadn't considered California yet.  Maybe I should look into franchising Progressive Realty Corp.!

@Randy, thanks.  I need to look into some of the other services AR has to offer since I notice many of the top people on AR use them (i.e. HitRouter, Localism Sponsor, Outside blogs, etc.)

@Keith, Your photo shows you as a "family man" so you would love Idaho and the kids would love it too.  Keep in mind that that Google is all about content, so even if there are lots of people with mega points ahead of you, you can still achieve plenty of benefits since the consumers don't log onto AR to find who has the most points to decide who to select.  Typically, I have found they are on a search engine looking for something and if you blogged about it correctly, they will find you and search your out.

@Valerie, congrats!  My oldest son might be heading your direction with the US Air Force since I believe Spokane is one option for his training.  I should know more in the next 30 days or so.  Back when I was with RE/MAX, we were going to open a Franchise there where Sushi.com opened.

@Jim,  It is indeed an art to figure out what does and doesn't pull in features.  That is not my objective when I write something, but feel honored when one of my posts if so honored.  I would rather have a closed transaction via AR than 100 featured posts though!
