Zucca Italian Ristorante opened earlier this year. Located on Main Street in Louisville, Colorado. I have been twice and both times we had a good experience. Veggie options are a little limited, I recommend the Canneloni Forno. Otherwise, the menu has a lot of good options for non-veggie people.
Service is really good and they are very attentive. My wife got the veggie lasagna and she didn't like it at all so we asked them to change it out and they did so very nicely and quickly and my wife got a new entree.
They have a large Wine List with a lot of excellent choices.
Kid menu is really good and it's a kid friendly place.
I recommend you check it out when you are in Louisville. I took these pics with my iPhone last night.
