Marketplace Bakery in Louisville has Closed

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Alliance in Louisville, Colorado

This is sad news.  I was on Main Street last night and I saw the bakery was empty with a notice posted.  Looks like the Landlord evicted the business owners from the building last Friday, August 13.  I had no idea this was coming.

I used to go a lot more to the bakery when I lived closer to downtown, but the past few years I have not gone as often.  I have been going off and on to the bakery since I moved to Louisville in '96.  It has always been a very popular place for the locals.  Donuts, croissants, and bread.

I took these pics last night---

Mario, how sad.  It's really tough everywhere right now for small businesses.
