Today you will learn how to post to your Posterous Network. By the end of the lesson will fully understand how to draft articles, insert elements and even You Tube Videos into your Posterous Broadcasting system. You will also learn how to create "anchor text" in your article before submitting it to Posterous. Again, the anchor text provides that all important back link giving you the dose of google juice that we all desire.

Second, you are given guidelines on how often to post to your primary blog as well as to your Posterous network. Obviously you need to adapt for your own goals and schedule.
