Carla's Pick of the Week!
This is my first post on what I hope will become a weekly endeavor: My pick of the week!
Each Monday, I'll be looking at properties for sale in my market area,
I won't be basing this on a pre-set price range, since the areas may differ in value. But, what I'm looking for will be a great home, with some nice features.
I'll be looking for the one property that seems to catch my eye. Things I'll be looking for in selecting my pick of the week:
- Location (obviously)
- Price (duh!)
- Condition, property taxes, amentities, etc.
If a property really WOWS me . . . it'll be my pick of the week!
Including my VERY FIRST . . .
Other areas will include:
- Homes for sale in Lake Oswego
- Homes for sale in SW Portland
- Homes for sale in SE Portland
- Homes for sale in NE Portland
- Homes for sale in Forest Height
- and other areas as I have time to post
