Marketing Tip Regarding Short Sale Services

As an attorney delving further into the murky waters of short sales, I am cautiously gearing up to really try to round up new business.  I am concerned that I am about to get hit with a wave of new short sale leads, but you never know.  It is a tricky business trying to keep the balance between capacity and overload. So, I had this great idea:

I have decided to request authorizations from my clients to post information concerning short sale progress as in days they have been under my direction to date of approval, strategy, list price , days on the market, bank stats, what was covered by the bank and what they refused to cover...  That way when we have a success, I can post the details and have some fun analyzing the data. Hopefully potential referral sources will read and forward their short sales - brilliant? I am sure some of you are already doing this out in the Active Rain somewhere!
