- It was established that the HOA does not become involved in neighbor disputes.
- The HOA decided to pay Potomac Garden to mow the medians and the corner medians on route 355 every other week.
- It was decided that a note would be added to the newsletters reminding residents to clean up after their dogs
- It was agreed upon that the basket ball hoop would be fixed at one of the neighborhood pools.
