- The median price of houses sold went up to $245,000 in May from $225,000 in April.
- The median price of houses for sale was up to $305,950 in May from $295,000 in April.
- There were 261 houses sold in May compared to 201 houses sold in April.
- There were 1,333 houses for sale in May down from 1475 houses for sale in April.
- There were 6.4 months supply of houses for sale in May.
