Fun during "crisis"

By
Commercial Real Estate Agent

Everywhere I turn everyone is "panicking" or in "crisis".  It truly isn't that bad......just get creative.  The same amount of money that was provided pre-2007 is still available just in different formats.  Good agents will adapt to the change and find a niche for themselves to continue their success.  Good luck to you and I truly hope everyone becomes wealthy.  It is the sad saps that won't adapt or refuse to that this blog is for.

I am so happy this "crisis" has occured.  It means less inexperienced agents in the market, it means not every housewife with extra time will have a realtor license, it means less "get rich quick" schemes will surround the market, it means that guy that borrows your yard tools every week won't be telling you about his new job as a "realtor".

None of the above comments are made to offend anybody however it seems everybody has flooded the market and many of them to unprofessionally represent their companies and degrade the names of good realtors in the process.  I can't wait until the normalcy completely evens out and the 80% of current professional agents turn into the 100% professional agents.

For everyone that takes offense to this blog I apologize in advance, but a blog is a blog for a reason and if I created no offensive comments then it wouldn't be fun to debate.

 Have Fun!!!

Ryan, you are right.  I have been in the business 10 years and I have seen so many come and go.  I recently took a class at our local real estate school and it was jam packed with people getting their license; so I expect I will still see a lot of coming and going!!

Ryan, several opportunists have already exited the business.  The productive agents that have weathered previous downturns will persevere.
