Nicely done ! I would add some larger pots with topiary or color on each side of the garage door to bring the eye down a bit and a little more sustantial furniture pieces on the patio.

Thanks for commenting and for your great suggestions. I really wanted to do more with the curb appeal and patio, but I had budget constraints--all the stuff is either from my own house or stuff that I purchased (I spent $350). The seller did paint (white, unfortunately) and he had to re-landscape the backyard because his tenant let everything die. The house was only shown to 8 prospective buyers during the listing period and received 2 offers (2 other buyers loved the house, but ended up ruling it out due to lack of parking). In the end, the seller decided not to accept either offer and rented it out instead.
