Successful Home Sales and Social Media

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams

Wow! Home sales has never been more exciting. Just completed one of the most enlightening conferences I've ever attended, Rain Camp.  So much information packed into one FULL day.  Facebook to Linkedin to Twitter to Pisaca to well the list goes on. I don't know why I haven't spent more time learning all of this before.  In order to find success at anything, one MUST be willing to change with the industry.  Just as short sales and bank foreclosures are a way of life for the Realtor in Florida right now, so is the use of Social Media.  Swim with the fish or sink!

Don't miss the next RAIN CAMP! Ben Kinney was all that and more.

Hey gang, in this business that we are in, people count.  Tall ones, short ones, fat ones, thin ones, smart ones, and well.... you get my drift. Social media provides the opportunity to really get to know you clients.  Watch their choice of words when communicating online.  Read each word. Don't just assume you know what they desire in a home.  We listen better over the Internet.  There's no talking over one another. Everyone gets their turn.  Use the technology thats available. "DON'T BE SCARED".
