Zosh is a pretty cool app for your iPhone, enabling you to email yourself a pdf document, then open it on your iPhone. You or your client can then sign it using your finger on the screen. Or even add text if you like. Then rotate and resize the text.
I have saved a copy of my walk through form, then if I am at a walkthrough and forgot to bring the hard copy, I can have the buyer sign a blank form on my iPhone. Voila - I'm done. I'm thinking of saving a blank of all the forms I usually forget, for the next time I'm in a pinch.
It also seems cool if your client needs to sign a document, but will have a hard time finding a scanner or fax machine. He can just sign on your iPhone, or download the app, and sign on his own phone.
How cool is that? It's $2.99 and dirt simple. What will they think of next?
