It is my opinion that, if you can't afford to post a professional sign, you may not be successful at what you are advertising. And, do you really want to be "trained" by someone who has to hand write their signs, no matter how lovely the handwriting is? Just a thought. Case in point below:

You're right Heather, I'm not sure that I would have a lot of confidence in the person's ability to teach me how to invest in real estate.
I don't think I'd want anything this person is selling, Malcolm. But, that could just be me. :)
It just looks to be a low cost opperation. Keep that overhead under control! LOL

Hard to say...with people so desperate for jobs right now...that person is probably bombarded with calls. Would I call? Definitely not!
