Just Flip A Coin And See What Happens!

Yesterday I made the commitment to blog once a day for 30 days and it started me thinking about choices we make each day - or don't make as the case may be.  From the time we were very young we have made choices that provided some type of result.  When we were younger the choices seemed easy to do because we had in most cases, some sort of support system pushing us along.  It's time to get up, it's time to eat, your vegetables are good for you, eat them!  It's time for school, do your homework, get a job.

Eventually, we began to make more and more choices on our own and discovered that some choices were easier to do than others.  The more independent we became the more choices there were to make.  Our actions from those moments of choice created a result which in turn created a quality of life for us.

What makes some choices easy to do and others not so easy?  I would say it is our attitude.  I had a choice this morning to sit down and write this post.  It would be easy to sit down and type out a few words but it would also be easy not to.  What would the result be if I chose not to?  Nothing earth shattering is going to result from not doing it, today.  What will the result be if I do? Probably nothing magnificent will come of it today but what will the result be 30 days from now?

My attitude is going to affect my actions which will affect my results which in turn will affect my quality of life in some form or another.

Where does our attitude come from?  You may be thinking to yourself that it's really not that simple to just sit down for 30 days in a row and write out a post.  Who has that much to say?

That brings us to our individual philosophy. What are your thoughts on your health? When we make the choice to exercise, or not, what is the compounded result?  How about your education? Your business?  Your family?

What is your foundation built of?

From day one we have taken tiny steps and those tiny steps have compounded over time to where we are today and they will continue to compound to where we will be tomorrow.

What choices will you make today?
