What do you see? Dark clouds or a ray of light?

Everywhere I turn I hear and read about the dark clouds hanging over the real estate market. But as I'm bombarded by this negative information, I continue to be as busy as I've ever been. As a matter of fact I'm showing property today to two different new clients who are both pre-qualified to be strong buyers and a loan officer I use just sent me info of another pre-qual looking for an agent.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not an Ostrich who plans to stick her head in the sand. I'm stocking away every penney I can spare just in case really bad times do come, but until then I plan on appraching my business as I always have. Work hard and treat people right.

So instead of seeing dark clouds in the picture above, I choose to see the ray of light.

Billi its all a matter of perspective. If my buyers see me adopt the doom and gloom attitude they are going to back out of the market real quick. If they see me positive, upbeat, and doing deals, they want to be a part of that.

I choose to succeed in any market condition. So should everyone else. Stats dont determine our personal business, we do.

Rates haven't been this low since 1971!  That's almost 40 years.  This is the BEST market to buy in.  Great thoughts Billi!

You know the media pumps out so much nasty black cloud stuff about Real Estate, yet they know little about the subject. You are absolutely right, there are a lot of rays of sunshine to examine too.

Those of us that choose to see the rays of light always will, but those who notice the dark clouds first just stand around waiting for rain.  Stay positive!
