By
Real Estate Agent with AgentHarvest - A Real Estate Agent Finder Service

for sale signsI can't believe this happened, and it happend in my town.  A man pulls a gun on a homeowner to get real estate sign back.  It's assumed that it's a real estate sign and the gunman is an agent.  I know how protective I am of my real estate signs, but this is beyond my scope.

I can't believe it. How wrong. I would never even think to go that far? And why does the person have a gun? A bad neighborhood? Regardless, wrong and stupid!

Oh great!  Something else we all have to live down.  Butt end of more jokes too.

Gives us a bad name collectively.

I had a seller trash one of my signs after I fired him. I just wrote it off to a bad initial choice on my part. Certainly not worth going to jail for.

Crystal:

Thanks for the compliment.  Glad you like it.  I bet it was!  However, if it was a typical sign, it probably had his name and phone number on it.  Bet the police had no trouble tracking him down.

Larry:

First you pick up your signs and lockbox, THEN you fire them.  That's the lesson to learn here I think.
