When it's time to move closer to family, I hope you will call me and let me help you. This is what I tell my friends that are getting older and thinking they need to be closer to family.
I had the privilege of listing two homes today owned by widowed ladies in their 80's. Both of them are in good health and very active. Both are very sweet and beautiful ladies. I enjoy helping others and I know helping these two ladies get their homes sold, will relieve them of a lot of stress. Helping them with all the details so all they have to do is pack or call the movers, is a big burden off their shoulders. 
One of these clients has been my client before and this is the second transaction I will get to do for her. She is a precious person. So happy and always in a good mood. She enjoys life so much and I enjoy visiting with her every time I can. She is quite a gardener and her patio is always full of blooming plants. She is leaving the patio furniture too, so the new buyers can enjoy the outdoors like she has.
The other lady is moving across country. She has family and friends there and is looking forward to the move before the weather gets cold. The two ladies have such an optimistic outlook on life and the biggest smiles. You want to be in their presence as much as you can. It is hard to leave once you get there. Don't you wish all your clients were like this? How pleasant this job would be.
I got several incredible hugs today from my special clients. I hope when I am in my 80's, I can make other people feel this good!
