Come On Out And Swim In Brampton, Ontario, Canada!

The City of Brampton is running a complete learn to swim program for all ages. Splash Swim for Life has been designed to train from tots to leadership levels. Participants will be taught safe entries and exits, surface support, swim to survive, water fitness and water smart eduction. Classes are approximately 30 minutes for some levels, 60 minutes for others. For more information log onto CityofBrampton.ca

child swimmingSwimming is great for almost anyone, regardless of your age because water workouts don’t strain your muscles. Swimming develops strength and endurance, works all the major muscle groups and increases flexibility all while being fun for everyone.

We have even heard swimming daily, can add 20 years to your life! It's a one exercise fits all!  Last one in is a dirty rascal!

Woohoo! CANNONBALL! Swimming was something I did a lot when my children were younger because they LOVED IT! And it's important to get them lessons as young as possible so they are acclimated. Thanks for ther FUN post Al & Peggy!
