Increased Sales in a softening market

Every market presents opportunities, while the sellers market of last year seems to be all but dead, the resurgance of the buyers market has taken the forefront of my business.  Many of my clients are anxious to take advantage of the still generous equity in their exsisting properties and use that to make the move the felt they did not have the time to make in a faster moving market.  Sellers are willing now to work with contingent sales and buyers with less than perfect circumstances.  Identifying the buyers who fit the mold of todays market has allowed my business to flourish.

We widen our eyes to outside the country and found some other alternatives to add to the bottom line.  Educational and alot of new relationships.

Tyler- You are right, its about  educating the buyers right now to get off the fence and buy ! I  am also searching listings for my own investing profile- there are deals out there.
