The average number of homes on the market during this time period was 58, with the high month being April. This is not surprising, with the expiration of the Tax Credit having occured on April 30. Fieldstone averaged approximately 9 homes per month in closings, with approximately the same number of pending sales per month. June reflected the highest number of closings, with 17.

From February to July, the average price per square foot was highest in April, with the lowest occuring in February. Price per square foot as an average is not the only factor when pricing a home. Statistically, smaller homes are sold at a higher price per square foot than larger homes.
